Urgent Query all the way from the UK :)

Hi everyone,

My family and I will be visiting Hong Kong for 3 days only on May this year. This will be our first time so I want everything to be sorted beforehand. Our entry and exit point is in Hong Kong. We will be staying in Day & Night Hotel in 40 Nathan Road, Kowloon, HK.

Below is our Itinerary:

Day 1
•Ngong Ping 360
•Victoria Peak (Peak Tram & Sky Terrace 428)
•The Avenue of Stars
•Symphony of Lights
•Ladies Market or Night Market near our hotel

Day 2
•Disney Land
•HK / Victoria Harbour
• Canton Road where the designer goods, Harbour City and 1881 is located)

Day 3 is already sorted for Macau. ;)

Question
1. whats the best way of transportation to and from our selected destinations? should we purchase octopus card?
