Three days two nights hongkong and macau, possible?

Hi.

Me and my partner will be visiting hongkong and macau together for the first time this coming august 15 to 17, 2014. We are planning to stay at butterfly Victoria ,but still undecided if at causeway or at prat.

Any suggestion which one has an easy access to and fro the hongkong international airport and to all the top destinations of hongkong.

Can you also help us make an itinerary for three days and two nights for hongkong and macau tour. We want to visit disneyland, experience the ngong ping 360 and lantau,the peak tram,the avenue of stars and symphony of lights, as well as madame Tussauds, and of course the beauty of macau.
