Hello Twinkle :)

Here's my suggested itinerary to maximize your trip.

Silka Seaview Hotel (pls follow link to read hotel more info) is located at 268 Shanghai Street, Yaumatei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. About 3 minutes walk to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station Exit C

Since you'll be staying for 3days, you may purchase an Airport Express Travel Pass that you can use to travel between HK airport and the city PLUS 3 days of unlimited MTR rides.

Here's a travel instruction in getting to Silka Seaview Hotel from HK airport (post dated mar 14, 2012).

day 1: HK Disneyland (don't miss the "Disney in the Stars" fireworks at 8pm)--> Street Markets - Ladies' Night Market

Getting to Disneyland: Get into Yau Ma Tei MTR station and take the Tsuen Wan Line heading towards Tsuen Wan and then get off at Lai King station. Interchange trains to the Tung Chung Line going to Tung Chung but you need to get off at Sunny Bay station. Interchange trains to the Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland station and there's only one exit on that station that will direct you to the Resort entrance. Total train travel time is 34 minutes @ HK$17.

Getting to the Ladies' Night Market: Follow the route above in reverse order but get off get off at Mong Kok Station, exit D3. Follow directional signs to the market.

day 2: Ocean Park --> Victoria Peak (pop into Madame Tussauds)--> Star Ferry--> Avenue of Stars --> Symphony of Lights at 8pm--> Street Markets - Temple Street

Getting to Ocean Park, Peak and Avenue of Stars, here's a detailed instruction for this route ( post dated May 26, 2011 ).

Getting to Temple Street: Get to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, take the Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Jordan Station, exit A. Follow directional signs to the market.
