Hongkong Vacation

Hello.


My family will be going to HK on May 17-19. We intend to stay at the Eaton Smart Hotel.

Can you please provide directions as well as estimated & most economical
transportation cost for the following destinations:

1) HKIA to Eaton Smart Hotel

2) Eaton Smart to Ocean Park; Ocean Park to Ladies Night Market then back to Eaton Smart

3) Eaton Smart to Ngong Ping. Is it easy to take a cab from Ngong Ping to hotel? If so, how much would it cost? How about if we take a bus, how long would it take and how much? Is the cable car in Ngong Ping running already?

Hi Eillen :)

Eaton Smart Hong Kong (pls follow link to read hotel more info and view hotel map) is a 4-star hotel located at 380 Nathan Road, Hong Kong. It is just about 3 mins walk towards south of Nathan Rd for the Jordan MTR station (Exit B).

Getting to Eaton Smart Hotel from HK Airport, please Click Here (post dated Dec 21, 2011).

Getting to Ocean Park, please click on the same link above.

Getting to the Ladies' Night Market from Ocean Park: Take same bus no. 629 back to Admiralty MTR station. Take the Tsuen Wan Line going to Tsuen Wan and get off at Mong Kok Station, exit D3 (10 minutes at HK$9.9). Follow directional signs to the market.

Getting to your hotel from Mong Kok: Get into Mong Kok MTR station and take the Tsuen Wan Line going to Central. Get off at Jordan station (5 minutes at HK$3.8). Take exit B1. Head west on Jordan Rd toward Nathan Rd. Turn right onto Nathan Rd. Destination will be on the right.

Getting to Ngong Ping, please Click Here (post dated may 29, 2010). Ngong Ping cable car service will be open for service by the time you get to HK.

A taxi from Ngong Ping to your hotel would cost HK$388.5. Travel time is 1 hour and 5 minutes.
