Hongkong and Macau Dec 25-Dec 30

Hi,

I am wondering if you can give me some itinerary recommendations. We are arriving at HKIA on Dec 25 8.30pm and will take ferry to Macau directly from HKIA. We'll be back to HKG on Dec 27. Our flight back home is Dec 31 at 1am. Here's our plan below so far. If you can recommend other itinerary, would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Ocean Park, morning til 4:00pm --> The Peak + sky terrace til 7:00pm --> bus 15C to Central pier (10 mins @ HK$4.2) --> Star Ferry ride to TST --> Victoria harbour for Avenue of Stars and Symphony of Lights show @ 8:00pm --> street market shopping at Kowloon til midnight.

Check out in the hotel and head to Tung Chung (actually you can opt for a quick visit to Dialogue in the Dark before going to Ngong Ping) --> MTR to Tung Chung station --> proceed to Citygate Outlets and leave your luggage --> walk to the nearby cable car terminal --> take the cable car to Ngong Ping (25 mins @ HK$125 - round trip) --> explore Ngong Ping until 5:00pm --> cable car back to Tung Chung --> shopping and dining at Citygate Outlets --> taxi to HKIA for departure (10 mins @ HK$40).
