FIRST HONGKONG TRIP

I will be going to Hongkong with my daughter and 3 friends this January 2014 and will probably stay in Rambler Hotel in Tsing Yi. I wanted to know the following:

a. Which is the better trip, a Macau Trip, Shenzhen or Lantau Island trip?

b. Which is the nearer hotel in going to Lantau Island, Ngong Ping? Rambler Hotel or Holiday Inn Express Hotel?

c. Which has a bigger triple accommodation room? Rambler or Holiday Inn Express?

d. Can you give me an estimated cost of doing our own trip to Lantau Island/Ngong Ping if coming from Rambler, and another if coming from Holiday Inn Express? Kindly state the fares in the MTRs, taxi, etc. And please state the fees to be paid in going to these island if there is an entrance fee, etc.

e. If we prefer to book our own hotel, tours, how much would it cost? Like if we want a Disneyland, Ocean Park Tours and other tours? Can u give us suggestions?

f. Is it easy to travel around HK if we do it on our own or is it easier we get a package tour?
