1Day/1 Night Macau and 3 Days/2 Nights Hongkong - Help with itinerary and travel routes

Good day!

On May 23, 2013, we will be going to Macau, arriving there around 11 am. We still have no planned itinerary for Macau as we will only be staying there overnight. We are all adults, by the way. We'd like to do some shopping though and see Senado Square and maybe St Paul Ruins. We will be staying in Grandview Hotel in Taipa.

The next morning, May 24, we plan to set off for HK on an early ferry ride, maybe around 8 or 9am at the latest. We will be staying in Kimberley Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui until our flight home on May 26 at 10 pm.

This is our tentative plan:

Day 1: Ocean Park, Avenue of Stars, The Peak

Day 2: Disneyland (pre-booked by travel agency)
--- We also want to go to Citygate Outlet Mall since it's also in Lantau Island. Can we squeeze this in and how do we get there from Disney? We don't intend to stay all day in Disney but we need to be back before fireworks display since our bus will also pick us up around 9pm. Can we do anything else here in Lantau?

Day 3: Our flight home isn't until 10 pm so we plan to do some shopping maybe around Langham, or any other shopping areas you can recommend (Ladies' Market, street markets, etc). We also want to visit the Grand Prix Museum. How about Wax Museum? Oh and I also need to go to H&M.

Could you kindly help me improve on my itinerary so we can efficiently go to as many places as comfortably as possible? The directions to and from our hotel would also be appreciated.
