7days 6night - Skip Ngong Ping 360 to see Big Buddha

Best site with extensive info inclusive route & fares, please help to re-arrange our itinerary or add in more place of interest if possible.

Please advise food not to miss during our visited places.

We are family of 2 adults & 2 children to HK for coming Dec, we will stay in London Guest House, Mirador Mansion, TST.

Day 1 : HKIA -->Mirador -->Avenue of Stars -->Symphony of Lights.
We will take bus no.A21 & stop at bus no.13 (in front of HSBC Building ??).

Day 2 : Mirador --> Ocean Park.

Day 3 : Mirador --> Repulse Bay --> Stanley Market --> Shopping at Harbour City or any recommendation ?? --> TST promenade --> Victoria Peak (skip Mdm Tussauds)--> Ladies Market.
From Mirador, how to go to Repulse Bay then to Stanley Market ?? or should change to Day 2 ?? Then how to plan Day 3 ??

Day 4 : Mirador --> Po Lin Monastery (skip NP360)--> HK Disneyland
Can we skip NP360 to see Big Buddha as we have try long cable car at Ocean Park & to save money. Then from Big Buddha to Disneyland.

Day 5 : Mirador --> Macau (8.00am to 7.15pm)Please show us the correct sequence to visit from place to place.
Morning tarts at Margaret's --> Senado Square --> St.Paul --> A-Ma Temple --> Lunch at A Lorcha --> Shop at Venetian Canal --> Macau Fisherman Wharf --> Back to HK.

Day 6 : Mirador --> Wong Tai Sin --> Shopping (where) --> Temple Street.

Day 7 : Depart in the morning, take Bus A21.
