Hello Rose :)

Here's our recommended for HK budget hotels, scroll down to that page for 1-star, 2-star, or 3-star hotels.

I suggest you stay in Tsim Sha Tsui area.

Hello Rose :)

Here's my suggested itinerary to maximize your trip.

day 1: Ocean Park --> Victoria Peak (via the Peak tram then pop into Madame Tussauds located at the Peak)--> Star Ferry--> Avenue of Stars --> Symphony of Lights at 8pm

Here's to read the above travel route detailed guide ( post dated may 17, 2011 for instructions on how to get to these places. )

day 2: Hong Kong Disneyland (don't miss the "Disney in the Stars" fireworks at 8pm)

day 3: Ngong Ping 360 --> Citygate Outlets shopping

Getting to Ngong Ping from Disneyland, read travel instruction at this page ( post dated april 30, 2011. )

Get back to Tung Chung station and take exit C to get to Citygate Outlets.

Note: the bold and blue color words are major hk attractions, their links are in the bottom of this page. Please follow those links to read more information about it specially on how to get there.

Hope this helps.
