One-Day Itinerary HK<->Macau

Hello.

We have an upcoming trip on March 10-12,2013. Our 2nd & 3rd day are already planned since we will be joining a guided tour. I need your help in planning our 1st day in hongkong since we will be on our own. We will be arriving there in Hongkong on march 10, at around 9:15 am. So from airport we will be brought to the hotel, Rambler Garden,which is included in our package tour, and leave our bags there coz it's still early to check in. From there we wish to go to Ngong Ping to see the big Buddha then go to Macau to visit Galaxy hotel then come back to hongkong to go to Causeway bay and eat at Modern Toilet then proceed to Victoria Peak and visit Madame Tussauds.

Please advice on what route/ what transportation( and amount of fare) to take to go those place and on how long we have to stay in those places in order to maximize our day. Your help is badly needed and will be very much appreciated.
