itinerary on 3 nights stay in hongkong for first timers

good day..

we are travelling for a group of 8 on December 1-4, 2013 from Philippines. All of us are first timers in Hongkong. With my 60 year old parents, 5 siblings and 1 4year old baby girl.

we will arrive in HKIA at 9am on December 1. and our flight back to Philippines on December 4,2013 is 9::00am. we will be staying at USA hostel at mirador mansion.

please give us an itinerary to make our stay a super memorable.. if possible we would like to visit ngong ping 360, big Buddha, the peak, ride the tram, madam Tussauds, ocean park until symbio, disneyland until fireworks, ladies market, fa yuen because we will buy shoes, avenue of stars, star ferry and we love to watch symphony of lights..

please help us to make our itinerary for us not to waste our time.
