Itineraries staying in Yuen Long

Hi,

Am planning a trip to hk this coming July 21, 2013 for 2 persons, Please advise the most efficient itineraries, arrive hk in the morning
Day 1- airport - ngong ping (for cable car)
Ngong ping - to disneyland and stay there until fireworks with luggage
Disneyland to Yuen long (last train or bus to Yuen long?)
What is the acceptable length width in travelling on mtr with luggage?

Day 2 direction and fare pls
Yuen long - tsim sha tsui (avenue of the stars)
Tsim sha tsui - Victoria peak (Madamme Tussauds) until fireworks
Victoria peak to Yuen long (last train from this location)

Day 3: Yuen long - going to macau seaport ferry

Day 4 hk seaport to Yuen long

Day 5 Yuen long to airport

Please advise of the cheapest transportation possible bus train and taxi .
