how to get to the Giant Buddha from Tsim Sha Tsui

Hi,


I would like to know how to get to the Giant Buddha from TST.

Any other fast way of transportation beside the cable car, since it is unavailable as of the moment.

Will be arriving at Hong Kong on March 10.

Plans to go on our second day at the Giant Buddha, Citygate Outlet and Disneyland.

And also, is the Modern Toilet Restaurant still open in Mong Kok?
