Hong Kong Itinerary 4 days 3 nights Help for Directions

Hi,

We are group of 8 leaving on June 19, 2014 from Philippines to Hong Kong. Kindly help me for my draft itinerary, especially in directions. Here's my draft itinerary:

1st day:

> Airport arrival (9am) to Hong Kong Tai Wan Hotel (Chungking Mansion, tsim sha tsui)for check-in
> Go to Disneyland (Full day)until fireworks
> Shopping area/market near our hotel (any idea?)
> back to Hotel

2nd Day:

> Hotel to Ocean park (Full day)
> Avenue of Stars / symphony of nights
> Market with great street foods for dinner (idea?)
> Back to Hotel

3rd Day:

> Hotel to Macau (Full Day)
> Back to hong kong
> Any night tourist spot near the ferry (idea?)
> back to hotel

4th day:

> Hotel to any luggage stow or rent near Ngong ping 360 Cable car
> Ngong Ping 360 Cable car to Giant Buddha/Ngong ping village
> Giant buddha to airport

Please please someone help me with the directions, we prefer MTR or cheaper transportations. Thanks in Advance:>
