Hi,


we are a group of 10 traveling first time to hongkong on the 17th of April (6 adults and 4 kids). We will be arriving at 9:40 am and staying at Metropark Kowloon Hotel.

Please help us on how to get to the hotel the cheapest and could you please suggest an itinerary for our two days in hongkong which would include disneyland, the peak, ngong ping, shopping, museums and other attractions and also please include how to go and how much to spend for transport to these attractions.

On the 19th we go to macau and on the 20th we travel to the Philippines via macau.

Hello Milka,

First, Metropark Hotel Kowloon (pls follow link for more hotel info and see location map) is rated 4-star hotel located at 75 Waterloo Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Here are your travel option in getting to Metropark Hotel Kowloon from HKIA:

1) Airport Express train to Kowloon station (21 mins @ HK$90) --> Airport Express free shuttle bus (route K5) to the hotel entrance.

2) Taxi straight to the hotel for about 35 mins drive @ HK$250 + HK$5 per piece of luggage. Taxis are 5-seaters so you'll need at least two taxis in your group. This could be your best option considering your group + luggage.

3) Bus A21 from Airport GTC and get off at Mong Kok area preferably at 7th bus stop located at 630- 640 Nathan Road outside Bank Centre (60 mins @ HK$33) --> take a short taxi drive to the hotel (HK$20). Definitely this is the cheapest way to travel.

Here's a 2-day HK itinerary suggestion to maximize your time.

Day 1: NP 360 cable car ride to Ngong Ping in the morning til noon --> a quick visit at HK Shopping - Citygate Outlets --> HK Disneyland afternoon til evening to watch the fireworks --> Street Markets - Ladies' market shopping which close to your hotel.

Day 2: Ocean Park, morning until 4:30pm --> The Peak until 7:00pm --> Star Ferry ride from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui --> stroll along TST promenade to visit Avenue of Stars and watch the Symphony of Lights show that starts at 8:00pm.
