HK 2-whole day trip

Hi!

Am going to HK with a friend and we're doing the trip for 2 whole days only. We have a confirmed room booking in HK Taisan guesthouse- Granville branch.

Here's our itinerary:

Mar 1 9pm- arrival in HK
Mar 2 - Taisan--> Ngong Ping--> Disneyland (stay until fireworks)--> mall

Is this doable? How to go to ngong ping then Disneyland then back to guesthouse? Is there a mall we can still go to after Disneyland?

Mar 3 - Taisan--> Macau day tour--> Avenue of Stars--> Symphony of Lights--> Taisan

What time should we leave macau to be able to witness the symphony of lights?

Mar 4 - Taisan--> HKIA

What time should we leave guesthouse to catch up our 8:00am flight? What bus to take and directions? How much is taxi rate??
