advice on hong kong itinerary for 6 days and 7 nights.

Hello,

We will be travelling to hong kong on nov 1 and will arrive at 8am and depart on nov 7 in the evening. this will be our first timee, we are a group of 2 families consisting of 4 adults 4 young ones, we will be staying at the best western hotel at tsim sha Tsui we would like to visit the following places: disneyland, bug budha, victoria peak, kowloon park, sim city, ladies market, temple street market, citygate outlet, symohony of lights, take a ride on the star ferry, clocktower, sky terrace, madame tousades, and maybe visit macau if we have time. also, we are on a tight budget. any advice on how to do an itinerary on the places we would like to see? and also do u know of any good cheap food places to eat near the sites we would like to go to? are there any shopping places to go that are affordable for electronics and clothes? and what other places to go to?
