6d and 5n Suggested pure Hong Kong Itinerary

Hi,



This will be my first time to visit HK and there will be three of us on a trip (hubby and baby). We are planning to stay either Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok or Kowloon though I do not know which budget hotel should we book. Would you be able to suggest the best itinerary wherein we can visit the ff. places?

Disneyland
Ocean Park
The Peak
Avenue of Stars
Ngong Ping 360
Lantau Island
Sky 100
Victoria Harbour


Also if you can suggest places where we can eat and do the shopping.. This will be much appreciated.
