5 days 4 nights stay in Hk and planning to spend at least 1 overnight stay in Macau

Hi there,

This website is really very helpful, especially to us first timers/travellers in your country. Please help me with my itinerary since we want to maximize our family tour. With me is my mom, my sis and may 2yr old child.

We are arriving in HK airport from Manila at around 9:10pm and we will be heading to an affordable guesthouse (Apple Hostel),at B3, 10/fl., Block B, Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui, 36-44 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We will be taking either the airbus 21 or MTR. Please advise me which is better to take between the two transportation since I have a baby and we have two 2 luggages (15 kilogram each). I have read some views that it is better to buy the octopus card to save a penny.

Since we will be arriving at night time, the following day would be the first count of our daily tour, We want to visit major attractions in Hk like Victoria Peak,Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, Ocean Park, Disneyland etc...and want to have an overnight stay in Macau to satisfy our trip.

Can you also specify some details regarding the entrance tickets and transportation fees that we might spend with each trip...And also please advise us on the directions from one place to another so it won`t be hard for us to decide and think of what to do.

How about in Macau? what is the best day to go there, travel fees that we need to spend and what affordable but good hotel could you suggest for us to stay since we also want to visit some attractions there and save a penny at the same time. By the way may Mom is 67 and my child is 2yrs old and 5 months to be exact.Are they discounted with each?

Our exit is still at HK and after the Macau tour we will be returning to Apple Hostel since we are booked there for 5days and 4 nights.
