5 days 4 nights honeymoon trip to Hong Kong

Hello there,

I and my soon to be husband will be going to Hong Kong on 11-15 May 2012 for our honeymoon trip. We are considering whether to take a ground tour from a travel agent or to travel to Hong Kong on our own. I would like some recommendation from the experts :P.

Travelling to Hong Kong via travel agent would cost us approximately HK$5,000 per pax, meaning HK$10,000 for the two of us, including buses, hotel, and food for 2 person, and inclusive of a night spent in Disneyland Hollywood Hotel. (exclude flight tickets)

If we were to travel by ourselves, would you kindly recommend us a itinerary for 5 days 4 nights, including visits to places like disneyland(with 1 night stay in disneyland), ocean park, Ngong ping 360, avenue of stars, victoria peak(wax museum), symphony of lights, ladies market, victoria harbour(star ferry), Tsim Sha Tsui, shopping malls, Stanley / Aberdeen? with a day trip to Macau, is it possible? did if we missed out on any attractions? We are pretty adventures and we don't mind walking/ going by MRT/ taxi, as we love exploring..

our flight details are as below:

11th May - Arrive HKIA 7.15pm
15th May - Depart HKIA 7.50pm
