4 Days 3 night first time Hongkong Trip

Good day!

My Husband and I, together with our 6y/o son are scheduled for a Hongkong Tour this coming April 2012.

It is our first time so I would like to ask for your suggestions on how to go from and to our destinations, esp. transportation including fare.

Also please help me in budgeting the meals for 4 days and 3 nights.

We will be staying at Aberdeen Bridal Tea House Hotel. Arrival at the Hongkong Airport is 9am on Day 1 and Departure is 9pm on Day 4.

Can we go first directly to the hotel to put our luggage? And on Day 1, should we go The Peak/Madam Tussauds or the Avenue of Stars should be the first destination?

Day 1- The Peak, Madam Tussauds
Day 2- Ocean Park
Day 3-Disneyland
Day 4- Avenue of Stars
