Hi Edelyn,

Here's my itinerary suggestion based on the tourist attractions you've mentioned and to maximize your time while in Hong Kong with estimated time table.

Day 1: HK airport ==> Ngong Ping (morning until 2:00pm) ==> Citygate outlets (until 4:00pm) ==> The Peak (until 7:00pm) ==> TST promenade for Avenue of Stars + Symphony of Lights show at 8:00pm ==> proceed to Oi Suen Guesthouse for check in.

First, I suggest you read this topic discussion specially for first timers in Hong Kong and travel instruction option from HK airport to Ngong Ping.

From HK airport, it is more efficient to take a taxi straight to NP 360 Cable Car Terminal at Tung Chung (about 10 mins drive @ HK$45) --> take the cable car to Ngong Ping (25 mins @ HK$115 - round trip ticket) --> explore Ngong Ping and the rest of Lantau tourist attractions --> take the cable car back to Tung Chung --> walk to the nearby Citygate Outlets for shopping and dining.

Here's an efficient way to travel to the Peak from Citygate Outlets. Walk to the nearby Tung Chung MTR station --> take the Tung Chung Line train all the way to Hong Kong station and take Exit A1 or E2 (29 mins @ HK$18.8) --> take a short taxi drive to the Peak Tram lower terminal (8 mins @ HK$20) --> take the Peak Tram up to the Peak at HK$40 for round trip ticket.

From the Peak, take the Peak Tram back to lower terminal --> walk to the nearby Peak Tram Bus terminus --> take the bus 15C to Central Pier (10 mins @ HK$4.2) --> get into the Pier no.7 --> take the Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui (9 mins @ HK$2.5) --> stroll along the TST promenade to visit the Avenue of Stars and that place is also a vantage point to watch the Symphony of Lights show that starts at 8:00pm.

From TST promenade, proceed to your hostel.

Oi Suen Guesthouse is located at Room 811-814, 8/F, Sincere House, 83 Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon. Just a few steps from Mong Kok station Exit D2.
Tel: +852 2398 0636

Get into the nearby TST MTR station --> take the Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Mong Kok station and take Exit D2 (7 mins @ HK$4.6) --> take a short walk to the Sincere House building where Oi Suen Guesthouse is located.

Day 2: HK Disneyland, note that this attraction offers a whole day activity until evening with a spectacular "Disney in the Stars" fireworks show that usually starts at 7:30pm. You could do shopping in Ladies' market in Mong Kok after then walk back to your hotel.

Day 3: Ocean Park, like Disney, this attraction also offers a whole day activity. I would suggest to visit some of the popular shopping malls specially at Mong Kok area (close to Oi Suen Guesthouse) from ocean Park and then back to hostel.

Getting there instruction to the places mentioned above from Mong Kok MTR station can be read in here and also, how to get back to HK airport from Mong Kok.

Other travel facts in getting to Oi Suen Guesthouse:

From Airport:
* Airbus A21 and get off at the 6th bus stop located at 688 Nathan Road outside Argyle Centre near Mong Kok station Exit B1 (45 mins @ HK$33). After mid-night, you can take Airport bus N21 which same route with A21.
* Taxi is around $300hkd

From MTR:
Take MTR to Mongkok station, Exit D2, walk about 3mins

From Lo Wu:
Take MTR to Mongkok East station (47 mins @ HK$35), Exit B, walk about 5mins

From (Macau)China-HK City Ferry:
* MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Mongkok MTR station, Exit D2, walk about 3mins
* Taxi is around 12 mins @ HK$35
