I am a Malaysian, will be travelling to Macau and may want enter to Zhuhai coming December.

Is it possible for me to apply visa on arrival at the border?

Now a days, it is NOT possible to get a China Visa in the China borders like Zhuhai or Shenzhen unless you're a Hong Kong ID holder of a British citizen.

I suggest you go to the Malaysia Consulate Office in Hong Kong and apply for a China Visa. Usually it will take a day of two to get your application approved.

Getting to Zhuhai from Hong Kong is quick and easy, you can go for a direct Ferry from China Hong Kong Ferry Terminal at TST, Kowloon or you can opt for a Ferry via Macau.
