World's Longest and Graceful Bridge in Hong Kong - the Tsing Ma Bridge.
The Hong Kong Tsing Ma Bridge is the longest road and rail suspension structure in the world with an overall length of 2.2 kilometers. Its main span reaches to 1,377 m (4,518 ft).
Carrying both road and rail traffic, serving Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport connection to the City. Tsing Ma Bridge is one of HK's great Landmarks and there are perfect places where you can able to fully see its unique attractiveness.
This TsingMaBridge video was recently taken during the trip from Hong Kong International Airport to the City. I took this video while at the BUS (A43) in my way going to Sheung Shui MTR Station.
The Lantau Link View Point, North of the Bridge in Tsing Yi will provide you a good look to the two adjoining bridges.
The View Point is open 7:30 am to midnight daily. And the Visitor's Centre at Tsing Yi is open 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday; 10:00 am to 6:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays; closed during Christmas Holidays, New Year's Day and Chinese New Year Holidays.
Here's How to Get There..most efficient and direct routes to Tsing Ma Bridge View Points.
From Hong Kong International Airport, take any A or E Hong Kong Bus routes to the Lantau Link Toll Plaza. You'll have to get off in there and interchange bus. Or if you're taking the MTR, find Exit A1 when your reach at Tsing Yi MTR Station. Get on the green MiniBus No. 308M operating from 10:0 am to 4:00 am Monday to Friday, last Bus will leave the Visitor's Centre at 4:30 pm.
From Lo Wu (if coming from Shenzhen China) MTR Trains (read train safety tips) to Bus alternative. Get on the MTR Trains with a 4 minutes ride to Sheung Shui Station, the 1st station from Lo Wu(HK$20). Walk thru Exit D1 (Landmark North) and nearby have a Bus Stop. Get on Bus No.279X going to Tsing Yi for about 30 minutes ride (HK$12.5) and get off at Tsing Yi Bus Terminal. Get on the green MiniBus No. 308M operating from 10:0 am to 4:00 am Monday to Friday, last Bus will leave the Visitor's Centre at 4:30 pm.
Note: During weekends and public holidays, Minibus runs 9:30 am to 6:30 pm with last bus leaving the Centre at 7:00 pm.
