Travel HK-Macau-Shenzhen in 6 days

by Loner
(Mumbai)

Hi,

I am planning for a 6 day trip (May1 to May6) to HK, Macau & Shenzhen

I am yet to book a BUDGET hotel. Heard Causeway inn is within budget and near to the city. Can you please advise some nice Indian veg restaurants and any other budget hotel?

Can you please advice me which all places should I cover (considering that I don't like lot of museums or historic places.. I like more of animals + aquariums + massages + good nightlife) and what mode of transport is preferable and its approx cost.

Also can disneyland be covered in one day? or 2 days will be required?

This is my first trip to hongkong and i am pretty excited about it.

PLease help me building an itinerary.

Thanks.

Dear All,

I really really really want to thank you all for having the amazing FANTABULOUS site!! I came back from hongkong. U know if it hadn't been for this site, i would not have known so much about hongkong even before going there. I had been thru around 20 blogs and replies and it really helped me. I could also boast in front of my husband that i knew about hongkong even before going there.. i was the one who was guiding him :)

Really guys i want to thank you once again. I hope i find such awesome pages for the other places i am planning to visit.

I love u guys.. :)

Hello Loner,

I would suggest you read the content of this topic discussion for HK budget hotels at TST area (recommended) and sample itinerary with instruction in getting there.

Here are some of the good Indian restaurants at Tsim Sha Tsui area:

1) Gaylord Indian Restaurant located at 1/F, Ashley Center, 23-25 Ashley Road, TST, Hong Kong. About 5 mins walk from TST MTR station Exit A1, Haiphong rd --> left to Hankow rd --> right towards Ashley rd.

2) Saffron Indian Restaurant located at UG/F 1-4, Wing On Plaza, 62 Moody Rd., TST, Hong Kong. Right upon exit at East Tsim Sha Tsui station Exit P1.

3) Spice Restaurant & Bar located at 2/F, One Knutsford, 1 Knytsird Terrace, TST, Hong Kong. TST MTR station Exit B1 --> walk along Nathan Rd north --> right at Kimberley Rd --> then left towards Knutsford Terrace (about 5 mins walk).

Here are other attraction places in Hong Kong that might interest you.

* Lan Kwai Fong for night life.

* Wetland Park for birds and animals.

* Shenzhen attractions and getting there.

* Macau attractions and getting there.

Note: the bold and blue color fonts stands for major tourist attractions, their links are in the bottom of this page. Please follow those links to read more information about it, specially on how to get there.
