Hi everyone!

we are planning to go to Hongkong on Nov. 18-20. We'll stay there for 2 days.

We want to maximize our time and want to see Ngong Ping, Disneyland, Ocean Park, Avenue of Stars, The Peak.

Could you suggest best itinerary for this & if possible could you please indicate also the estimated travel time from one place to place? We want to make sure we are using our time well.

Hi Grace,

Here's my personal suggestion and recommendation for 2 days itinerary to maximize your time while in Hong Kong based on the places you've mentioned above.

Day 1: Ngong Ping (morning until 12:00 noon) ==> Citygate Outlets (for quick shopping and dining) ==> HK Disneyland (watch the fireworks show that usually starts at 7:30pm).

Getting to Ngong Ping: Take the Tung Chung Line MTR trains to Tung Chung station and take Exit B --> walk to the nearby NP 360 cable car terminal --> take the cable car to Ngong Ping (25 mins @ HK$115 - round trip ticket) --> Explore Ngong Ping and the rest of Lantau island attractions --> take the cable car back to Tung Chung --> walk to the nearby Citygate Outlets for shopping and dining (refer to map below).

Getting to Disneyland from Citygate Outlet at Tung Chung: Get into the Tung Chung MTR station --> take the Tung Chung Line train and get off at Sunny Bay station --> interchange trains to the Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland station and take Exit A (18 mins @ HK$11.9).

Day 2: Ocean Park (morning until 4:00pm) ==> The Peak (until 7:00pm) ==> Avenue of Stars + Symphony of Lights show at 8:00pm.

Getting to Ocean Park: Take the trains that will bring you to Admiralty station Exit B. Then follow the rest of the instruction that you can read in here.
