Macau - Hongkong vacation

we are a group of 3 .. from Philippines. first time to visit these places. we plan to visit macau and hongkong.

our flight is on dec. 4, 2011, 11pm eta in macau and depart macau on dec 7, 8pm.

we want to visit hongkong first and stay there for 2 days to see the following attractions and on our last day back to macau.

HONGKONG:
a.) ngong ping 360
b.) giant Buddha at lantau island
c.) disneyland
d.) the peak
e.) watch symphony of lights.

MACAU:
a.) Senado square
b.) ruins of st. saint Paul
c.) macau fisherman's wharf
d.) Venetian
e.) macau tower convention

what is the best itinerary you can suggest and please give us the details on what to ride and how much from macau international airport to macau ferry going to HK and vice versa.

please indicate also the cheapest but comfortable and safest to stay overnight in HK.
