Itinerary for Hong Kong

We will be arriving to hk on the 29 from Shenzhen.

We are staying at Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong.

We want to go to disneyland, peak and madam Tussauds, ngong ping. we also want to do a lot of shopping like cameras and watches and clothes and shoes.

Please give us direction from shenzhen to our hotel and from our hotel to all the places of interest., the fastest and cheapest way. suggest some shopping area and the mode to travel. thank you.

In Shenzhen, all you need to do is to proceed to the Luohu / Hong Kong (Lo Wu) border or in Futian / Hong Kong (Lok Ma Chau) border. These borders are now very accessible thru Shenzhen Metro Trains that serves to most major places throughout Shenzhen.

After passing through the immigration check at China and HK immigration, you'll find the MTR trains that brings you to almost all major places in Hong Kong.

Here's how to get to Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong from the Shenzhen/HK borders mentioned above: Take the MTR East Rail Line train from Lo Wu station or Lok Ma Chau station and get off at Kowloon Tong station. Interchange trains to the Kwun Tong Line and get off at Mong Kok station. Interchange trains to the Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui station and then take Exit A2 (54 minutes @ HK$34.8 from Lo Wu or 59 minutes @ HK$34.8 from Lok Ma Chau). Take about 4 minutes walk to the hotel.

Getting to Hong Kong Disneyland from Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong. Get into the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station --> take the Tsuen Wan Line train and get off at Lai King station --> interchange trains to the Tung Chung Line and get off at Sunny Bay station --> interchange trains to the Disneyland Resort Line that will bring you straight to Disneyland (38 minutes @ HK$17).

Getting to Ocean Park from Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong. Get into the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station --> take the Tsuen Wan Line train and get off Admiralty station and then take Exit B (5 minutes @ HK$8.1) --> take bus CTB 629 straight to Ocean Park entrance (25 minutes @ HK$10.6).

Getting to the Peak (where you can visit Madame Tussauds Hong Kong) from Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong. Take about 12 minutes walk (refer to map above for walking route map) or a short taxi drive (HK$20) to the Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier --> Get on board in the Star Ferry to Central Ferry Pier (9 minutes @ HK$2.5) --> walk to the nearby Central Pier Bus Terminus --> take the bus 15C to the Peak Tram Lower terminal (10 minutes @ HK$4.2) --> take the Peak Tram to the Peak (HK$40 round trip ticket).

Note: The Madame Tussauds ticket price is HK$160 but you can buy a combo ticket package for Peak Tram round trip ticket + Madame Tussauds ticket at HK$185 so that you'll save HK$15.

Getting to Ngong Ping from Butterfly On Prat Hotel Hong Kong. Get into the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station --> take the Tsuen Wan Line train and get off at Lai King station --> interchange trains to the Tung Chung Line and get off to that last station, Tung chung station and then take Exit B (38 minutes @ HK$14.1) --> take about 4 minutes walk to the NP 360 Cable Car terminal --> take the cable car to Ngong Ping (25 minutes @ HK$115 round trip ticket).

Note: Upon getting back to Tung Chung from Ngong Ping, you can opt to do shopping at the famous Citygate Outlets.

For your shopping activities, I would recommend these places close to your hotel location;

* Ladies' Market. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Tsuen Wan Line train and get off at Mong Kok station Exit E2 (7 minutes @ HK$4.6).

* Temple Street Night Market. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Tsuen Wan Line train and get off at Jordan station Exit A (3 minutes @ HK$3.8).
