Here are the most efficient route I recommend in getting from Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel Hong Kong to the following HK attractions (as you mentioned above);

* Hong Kong Disneyland. Get into the Quarry Bay MTR station and take the Island Line train going to Sheung Wan and get off at Central station. Walk to the adjacent Hong Kong station and take the Tung Chung Line train going to Tung Chung and get off at Sunny Bay station. Finally, interchange trains to the Disneyland Resort Line that will bring you straight to Disneyland station. Total train travel time is 50 minutes @HK$21.2

* Ocean Park. Get into the Quarry Bay MTR station and take the Island Line train going to Sheung Wan and get off at Admiralty station (13 minutes @ HK$5.5) and then Exit B. Upon exit, get on the special CityBus No. 629 for about 15 minutes, HK$10.6, an express bus travel between Admiralty (west) and Ocean Park (main entrance).

* Victoria Peak. Get into the Quarry Bay MTR station and take the Island Line train going to Sheung Wan and get off at Admiralty station (13 minutes @ HK$5.5) and then Exit B. Upon exit, take a taxi straight to the Peak Tram Lower terminus at Garden road, Central for about 10 minutes drive @ HK$25. Take the Peak Tram up to the Victoria Peak for a stunning 7 minutes tram ride @ HK$40 round trip.

* Wetland Park. Actually, you can take the MTR trains from Quarry Bay to Tin Shui Wai station (56 minutes @ HK$23.2) + LRT train from Tin Shui Wai to Wetland Park station (25 minutes) for about 81 minutes total train travel time but this route is quite long and too many interchange - not recommended.

I recommend taking the CityBus CTB 969C bus with a bus stop located at 730 King's Road outside Stanhope House which is very close to your hotel (refer to map). This bus has a direct route to Wetland Park for about 75 minutes bus trip @ HK$22.1.

* Lantau Island. Take the MTR trains and follow the Disneyland route above but instead of getting off at Sunny Bay you get off at Tung Chung station (50 minutes @ HK$21.2) where you can take the Ngong Ping 360 to Ngong Ping to visit all the Lantau Island attractions.

* Getting to Avenue of Stars. I suggest taking this most scenic route. Get into the Quarry Bay MTR station and take the Island Line train going to Sheung Wan and get off at Central station (15 minutes @ HK$5.5). Walk to the adjacent Hong Kong station and take Exit A2 then walk to the nearby Central Star Ferry Pier (no.7). Get on board to the Star Ferry for a 9 minutes @ HK$2.5 unforgettable ferry ride to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier. To your right walking along the TST promenade is the Avenue of Stars and a good place to watch the Symphony of Lights.
