How to maximize our 2 days stay in Hong Kong?

We will arrive in HK at 7am on April 4, 2011.

We want to go to Ladies' market or any shopping suggestion, also we want to visit Disneyland , ride in cable cars , go to Avenue of Stars, to watch symphony of lights , Victoria Harbour , want to eat siopao.

Please help us arrange our schedule.

I would suggest you read this thread (Recommended itinerary for 2 whole days in hongkong) for an itinerary suggestion for a 2 days in Hong Kong, scroll down to the comment dated Nov. 6, 2009. It is something similar to the places you've mentioned.
