Getting from airport to Noah Ark resort.

What is the recommended transport from airport to Noah's Ark resort if we have a group of 5 adults plus 7 children below age 10, arriving airport at 8pm at night? How much?

After the 3 nights stay at the resort, we will be heading to Citadines Ashley hotel in Kowloon. So what is the recommended transport from there to the hotel? How much?

Noah's Ark is situated at Ma Wan Park, 33 Pak Yan Road, Ma Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.

The recommended transport in getting to Noah's Ark from the Hong Kong airport is through shuttle bus no. NR334 at the airport Coach Station to Park Island that can be found at Airport Terminal 2. The bus service schedule is from 6:30 am up to 00:30 am (past midnight) with a departure frequency of every 30 minutes. The bus journey time is about 12 minutes @ HK$24 per person.

Going to Citadines Ashley Hongkong from Noah's Ark.

The most efficient way in getting to Citadines Ashley Hongkong apartment hotel from Noah's Ark is by taking the bus (from Park Island Bus Terminus) or ferry (from Park Island Pier) to Central Ferry Pier No.2 @ HK$22. Bus departure frequency is every hour. You can see ferry complete schedule details in here.

From Central Ferry Pier, take a short walk to the adjacent Pier No.7 and then take the famous Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier for about 8 minutes @ HK$2.5. Upon getting to the TST Ferry Pier, you can take about 10 minutes walk to your hotel or otherwise take a short taxi drive.

 How do I get to Noah's Ark resort hostel coming from HK international airport?

I visited HK on May last year but my friends and I were not able to visit noah's ark resort. I helped a group of friends wanting to go to HK and have them reserved at Noah's ark hostel for their accommodation.

I'll be visiting HK this month and I want to know how to reach the said hostel so I could tell them before their travel.

As we already stated above, the most efficient way to reach Noah's Ark from HKIA is through the bus NR334 which you can find at Coach Station at the Airport Terminal 2 area. Don't worry, directional signs at the airport are clearly written and visible all around the airport premises.

The bus will bring you straight to Noah's Ark resort within 12 minutes @ HK$22 and the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of that Noah's Ark building with a total of 43 rooms.

I went to the Grand Century Plaza Mong Kok. They ONLY sell Noah + Rainbow Combine package for $145, no other choice!

Why bother to set different package but not to offer?

Please be informed that Ma Wan is a restricted area. There's NO direct access to public bus, taxi, or MTR trains.

The transportation and access to and from Ma Wan is only through Ferry and Shuttle bus which is operated by Park Island Transport Company Limited.

Yes, there's still a shuttle bus going to Noah's Ark at that time of your arrival. The last bus is scheduled to leave from Airport Terminal 2 @ 00:30am or 30 minutes past midnight, first bus is at 6:30am

Our flight from Hongkong to the Philippines will be around 5am.

How can we possibly arrive at the airport in time of our flight if we came from Noah's Ark Resort? do we have any access to public transportation?

Noah's Ark Resort is a restricted area and has NO direct access to HK's public transportation. In your case, I would suggest you take the last shuttle bus that depart from Park Island Bus Terminus at 00:00 am (midnight) to Hong Kong Airport Terminal 2 and then just spend sometime at the airport until your flight schedule at 5:00am.

At Noah's Ark Resort, just walk into the nearby Park Island Bus Terminus and take the shuttle bus that will bring you straight to HK airport (Airport Terminal 2) for about 12 minutes bus travel @ HK$24.

The bus service hours from Park Island to HKIA is from 6:00am to 00:00am (midnight).

 what ride to take if we arrive at HKIA @1:00a.m.

Hi! our flight will arrive at HKIA at 1:00 in the morning..what ride is available to us going to Noah' Ark Hotel? As I have read in your comments that the last bus going to Noah's Ark Hotel is at 12:30 a.m...which would be impossible for us to take..thanks thanks!

Please refer to the above posts. Your only option would be waiting to take the first trip at 6:30 in the morning. It's safe to stay and wait at the airport.

Hi! I also have a 1 am arrival flight to Hong Kong. I read in the previous comments that the last bus is at 12 am however, the bus schedule from the Park Island website says that the bus runs 24 hours. I'm a little confused, can you please clarify?

Hello Ma :)

I think you're referring to the 24-hour bus service between PARK ISLAND and TSING YI RAILWAY STATION only. We're referring to the bus service between PARK ISLAND and AIRPORT.

And yes, the bus will bring you straight to Noah's Ark and vice versa.

Restrictions on taxi access were relaxed from 25th November 2011 and urban (red) taxis can now operate to Ma Wan from 10am to 7am the next day on Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and from 8pm to 7am the next day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Ma Wan is accessible by ferry or bus operated exclusively by Park Island Transport Company Limited

How much is taxi fare from airport?
Does it stop infront of the entrance?
It's a little confusing: does the above means Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays - NO taxi allowed?

I just made a call to Noah's Ark and confirmed that the info you've got above is correct!

So it means that Taxis are NOT permitted to enter Noah's Ark park / hotel from 7:00am to 10:00am on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) and from 7:00am to 8:00pm on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, & also on Public Holidays).

A taxi from HK airport straight to Noah's Ark is about 19 mins drive @ HK$150.

You still need to walk about 5 mins to the Park main entrance from the taxi drop off point.

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin (pls follow link to read hotel more info) is a 5-star hotel located at 18 Chak Cheung Street Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is about 3 mins walk to/from University MTR Station Exit A.

Here's a good travel option to get to Noah's Ark from Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin:

Route: From hotel --> MTR East Rail Line train from University to Grand Century Place in Mong Kok East station Exit D (18 mins @ HK$6) --> follow directional sign to the taxi drop off station where you can find the Noah's Ark shuttle bus stop adjacent to it --> take the shuttle bus direct to Noah's Ark entrance (HK$ 20.00 flat fare for single trip; HK$ 38.00 flat fare for round trip).
