How to get to disneyland from Lucky Hostel

If i'm staying at Lucky Hostel located at Floor 12, Block C, 36-44 Nathan Road Hong Kong, what do I need to ride to be able to get to Disneyland? mtr? taxi? can you please help me.

Can you send me a step by step guide on what to ride to be able to get there?
