Hi,

Is it possible to travel in budget to this three places within HKD 3,500? (inclusive of lodging, public transport, meals, Disneyland and a bit of shopping).

Any recommended itinerary so that i can travel within this budget for 3 to 4 days?

Your budget is a little bit tight but we can arranged it using this figures, it is in your part to make any adjustments.

* Hong Kong stay for 4 days in an average single room budget hostel. HK$ 300 / night = HK$ 1,200.

* Octopus for 3 - 4 days transportation around Hong Kong. HK$ 100 / day = HK$ 400.

* Average meals in budget restaurants or fast food restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen is about HK$ 30 / meal. HK$ 90 / day = HK$ 360 for 4 days.

* Hong Kong Disneyland one-day ticket, HK$ 350.

* One-way Hong Kong to Macau Ferry ticket, HK$ 134.

* Transportation from Macau to Shenzhen via Zhuhai, HK$ 250.

Based on above figure, you're going to spend a total of about HK$ 2,700 so you still have almost HK$ 800 left for your Hong Kong shopping or HK street market shopping.

1 day itinerary from Macau to Hongkong

I need help to fix my itinerary and directions for my 1 day trip to Hongkong on June 25, 2011. We will be coming from Macau. We are 4 in the family and I also wanted to know how much will it cost for the fares.

-Macau to Hongkong ferry
-travel expenses to Disneyland, the peak, Ngong Ping and Avenue of Stars.

From Macau to Hong Kong Ferry fares as follows;

Option 1: Ferries from Macau Ferry Terminal going to China Ferry Terminal located at Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

Mondays to Fridays (Day Sailing):
* Ordinary Class = HK$140.00
* Deluxe Class = HK$245.00

Saturdays, Sundays, Macau and Hong Kong Public Holidays (Day Sailing):
* Ordinary Class = HK$155.00
* Deluxe Class = HK$260.00

Mondays to Sundays, Macau and Hong Kong Public Holidays (Night Sailing):
* Ordinary Class = HK$175.00
* Deluxe Class = HK$275.00

Ferry service hours is from 07:00am to 10:30pm with frequency of every 30 minutes and at about 60 minutes sailing time.

Option 2: Ferries from Macau Ferry Terminal going to Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal located at 3/F Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island which is connected directly to the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) Sheung Wan station.

Mondays to Fridays (Day Sailing):
* Ordinary Class = HK$142.00
* Deluxe Class = HK$244.00

Saturdays, Sundays, Macau and Hong Kong Public Holidays (Day Sailing):
