Hi,

We will be spending xmas in hk and we are looking for nice places to eat during the season.

I found good reviews about the Ming Kee Seafood Restaurant in Po Toi Island.

How can we get there?

We will be staying at Tsim Sha Tsui.

Po Toi is the main island of the Po Toi Islands and the southern-most island of Hong Kong.

Getting to Po Toi Island is by ferry that is located at Aberdeen, a ferry service operated by Tsui Wah Ferry Service (H. K.) Ltd.

Ferry Route:
Aberdeen via Stanley Blake Pier to Po Toi Island.

Ferry Schedule:

* Aberdeen to Po Toi Island 10:00 am

* Po Toi Island to Aberdeen At 2:00 pm

* HK$ 40.00 Same Day Return Ticket (Round Trip)

Actually, it is also a good idea to take the ferry at Stanley after having a quick shopping at Stanley Market.

Blake Pier at Stanley (Near Murray House, Stanley Plaza, also close to Stanley Market).
At Blake Pier, you can opt to take the Kai-to, a small type of motorized ferry operating in Hong Kong.

Here's how to get to Aberdeen from Tsim Sha Tsui area:
Get into the TST Star Ferry pier at TST promenade --> take the Star Ferry to Central (9 minutes @ HK$2.5) --> walk to the nearby Central Ferry Pier Bus terminus --> take the bus NWFB 91 and get off at 29th bus stop 30 Aberdeen Main Road near Seaview Court opposite Aberdeen Promenade (23 minutes @ HK$5.8) --> walk to the nearby pier and take the ferry to Po Toi (via Stanley).

Also, here's how to get to Stanley from Tsim Sha Tsui area:
Get into the TST Star Ferry pier at TST promenade --> take the Star Ferry to Central --> walk to the nearby Central Exchange Square --> take any bus that have a route to Repulse Bay as you can read in this page.
