Getting around from Metropark Kowloon Hotel (Mongkok)

We will be going to Hong Kong end of September 2011 for the first time and would like to know most efficient route to get to the following places from METROPARK Kowloon HOTEL (Mongkok):-

1) Victoria Peak, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong & Star Ferry;
2) Disneyland;
3) Avenue of Stars; and
4) Citygate Outlets.

By the way, pls tell me how to get to the above mentioned Hotel from SILKA FAR EAST HOTEL (Tsuen Wan)by MTR Station as we will be changing the hotel.

Here's how to get to SILKA FAR EAST HOTEL from Metropark Hotel Kowloon Hong Kong:
Get into the Mong Kok MTR station --> take the Tsuen Wan Line train and get off at Tsuen Wan station Exit B (21 minutes @ HK$6.9).
