Here's my suggested itinerary to maximize your trip.

Dec 24: Avenue of Stars then watch the Symphony of Lights at 8pm. Enjoy the Star Ferry ride in between.

Dec 25: Spend the whole day at Disneyland. Don't miss the "Disney in the Stars" Fireworks at 8pm.

Dec 26: Victoria Peak and pop into Madame Tussauds located at the Peak then Lan Kwai Fong at late night

Dec 27: Ocean Park

Dec 28: Stanley Market then off to Causeway Bay for shopping.

Dec 29: Ngong Ping 360

Dec 30: HK shopping then the Ladies' Night Market or Temple Street Night Market or Jade market at night

Dec 31: Jumbo Kingdom then Sky100

Jan 1: Macau

Jan 2: Shenzhen. I suggest you go to the famous Window of the World first.

Jan 3: HK Museums
